What's your turnaround time?

September & Co. cannot guarantee shipping times due to delays caused by customs, holidays or natural events. Allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped from our facility, unless your shipping option guarantees same-day shipping.Orders made late Thursday evening and Friday are normally shipped out the following Monday.

What about returns?

You are entitled to an exchange or refund within 14 days of your delivery date. The product must be returned in new, unused condition, and in original packaging with all original tags. In the case of a refund, neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be reimbursed. Refunds are issued once the item is received by September & Co. To begin a return/exchange, please read our terms and conditions

 What happens if my product is damaged?

We take pride in our packaging and work hard to ensure your order arrives safe and sound. On rare occasion, something will happen in transit to damage your items. In this event, you must contact us within 48hours of your item delivery with photos of the damage attached to your message. We will asses the damage and send you new products right away.

What if my order doesn’t arrive?

September & Co. is not responsible for lost packages due to mistyped addresses or USPS losing mail.

What bible translation do you use?

Most of our products are created using the NIV translation. However, Check each individual item when you purchase to see if that item is unique. We also offer select items in different translations of your choice.

Do you have any tips on how to implement your products?
