I really don’t like to give bad reviews, especially since I’ve been pleased with past orders from this company. However, I’ve sent multiple emails and received no response. I’ve been sent multiple alerts/messages asking me to review an item that I have not received. I’ve officially lost any hope that I will ever get a response to my emails or any answers about my order.
