FREE PRINTABLE!
I had sent a question regarding this purchase to [****] and I am still waiting for a response. When I try to open this download in Word it appears the formatting is off with some of the fields running off the page. When I open it in Foxit the student information and school information fields are already filled out. I have not had a response yet to that message. So far I am disappointed with my purchase.
